This module covers Deal Management, a variety of inventory sales including Sponsors, Spots, Day Sponsors, Tickers, Logo Exposures, Ground Events, Paid Programmes and more. A wide range of facilities to track the Free Commercial Time (FCT) and multiple work flow patterns are available. Robust work flows to handle last minute commercial bookings and changes in logs.
The module allows the users to capture the contracts and track the contracts for utilization. A high level forecast feature is also available to estimate the pending contracts against the inventory available.
A unique inventory dashboard provides managers with an overall view of the inventory in real-time. A view that graphically represents the time and revenue status for a day, week or month with high level forecast is also available. This can be drilled down to extract detailed information and provide decisions to optimize the revenue for the available time
Programming changes that affect sales are handled through messaging and a easy to use reconciliation interface. Just by a drag and drop the user can modify the booking order of programme based orders. |
