Media Library Management

This is an end to end library management module to manage any type of media. Apart from the library functions it is also closely integrated with programming and quality processes. A screen to capture Audio and Video glitches, cue sheets (for tapes and digital inventory) and a work flow to make sure only approved content goes on air. An active list of content available on the video server and the deletion of inactive content can also be maintained in this module.

The module helps manage a library with any type of media including tapes, CDs, DVDs etc. The work flow also manages the empty media and the conversion of these when they are returned with content in them. A two way numbering system to track the empty and filled media enables segregation of media with a numbering pattern that is related to the content in the media.

Integration with bar coding systems enable easy check-in and check-out.

An extensive search screen to find content by any parameter / keyword makes it easy to locate a media in the library based on information provided by the personnel requesting for the media.
