Programme Inventory and Amortization Calculator

The module is the finance manager for the contracts created in the Rights Management Module. It helps in maintaining the cost of inventory and their amortization by telecast or by license period or a combination of the two. It is a real time inventory tool that can be used for forecasting. It also provides What-If tools to work on budgets from quarter to quarter.

The programme inventory module while very convenient for commissioned and acquired programmes, can also handle the complexities of an in-house/self production when seamlessly integrated with the Production Management Module.

An automatic milestone tracking system is also available to tracks payments due. A configurable feature as to when inventory is to be booked for programmes in combination with the milestone tracking system, enables the channels to book inventory automatically when the milestone is completed.

The multi-currency capability of the amortization engine gives the cost in any choice of currency for reporting. The module also provides for an Agency/Client business model and provides tools to reconcile inventory between the agency and the principal company.
