A Masters in Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, Norman, Sridhar is one of the founders of VBizAp. With over 15 years of experience in architecting solutions for a wide range of business applications Sridhar was the architect of the CHAMP framework. Sridhar has architected solutions for the Manufacturing, Finance and Mechanical Design areas apart from his major interest of Media applications.

J. Sundararaman, Director

A top ranking graduate from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Sundararaman has over 40 years of experience in running various businesses and was one of the founders of VBizAp. With his extensive business experience from Massey Ferguson, UK in the early 1960s and his subsequent ventures in India, Sundararaman is the knowledge behind our business models and operations

T.N. Venkatanarayanan, Business Development Advisor

An MBA from the Newport University, CA, TNV has over 16 years of experience in Business Development for Software Companies. Out of this he has been in-charge of the APAC region for 6 years and the head of Europe region for 3 years. Has been the key person in building a relationship with a Banking product major (Rated no. 1 selling product in the Banking industry worldwide) for a specific offering by creating an IPR for them. Subsequently, he also enabled the company to sell the division along with IPR and employees to the banking product major

J. S Shankar, Advisor to the Board

A Masters in Engineering from the University of Arkansas, Shankar has over 15 years of experience in architecting software solutions. Shankar has been the key person in architecting major solutions for Tenneco Gas, Dynegy Inc and British Petroleum in the United States. Shankar is a recent addition to our team and will advise on new software technologies.

P.J. Sreedharan, Consultant – Finance

A Chartered Accountant for the last 25 years in India, Sreedharan has wide experience in the areas of Business Valuations, Mergers, Financing and Taxation.

Ramesh Fernando, Head – Implementation and Support

Ramesh graduated as a science major in 1992 and has been in the business of customer interface for various software institutions in India. He has over 12 years of experience in project implementation and after sale support in the IT industry. He also has independently handled multiple IT education centers in India and has a proven track record for in IT training. Ramesh who has handled multiple network implementations during his tenure at VBizAp, has a very clear understanding of the Media domain and the variations within the domain.

G. Sundar Sekar, Technical Lead – CHAMP Framework

With an academic background of a Masters in Computer Application, Sundar has an in-depth knowledge in Software Architecture, Business Processes and Software Development Life Cycle processes. Sundar has been developing and designing complex software applications for over 6 years. Sundar reports to Sridhar directly and is responsible for all future technological developments in the CHAMP framework.

R. Ramkumar, Head – Quality Auditor

Ramkumar supervises the implementation and audits the conformance to the stringent quality standards set to ensure the highest quality of software delivered. With over 10 years of experience in designing processes for software companies Ramkumar has been the internal auditor for VBizAp. Ramkumar has vast experience in the areas of ISO certification and SEI CMM assessment and six sigma processes.
